  • Departure at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, Singapore.
  • Proceed to Batam Ferry Counter to collect your boarding passes.
  • Check-in to ferry terminal at least half hour prior to departure.
  • Upon arrival, proceed to the immigration and custom clearance.
